Most pedicures are designed to make feet look pretty for a few days. The polish goes on, and whatever sits underneath stays exactly where it was: the thickened skin, the lifting nail, the heel that catches on your sheets.
A treatment pedicure works the other way round. The first step is to look closely at the foot, the skin and every nail, and to understand what is going on. Colour comes last, and only when the nail is ready for it.

Fungal skin and nails
Discoloured, thickened or crumbling nails and itchy, flaking skin between the toes are some of the most common reasons clients book with us. We clean, reduce and care for the affected nail and skin with products formulated for fungal prone feet, and we work with strict hygiene so the problem is never spread.
Onycholysis
Onycholysis is when the nail lifts away from the nail bed, often after trauma, tight shoes or repeated polish removal. We treat the lifted area gently, keep it clean and protected, and advise on what to avoid while the nail grows back attached.
Peeling, dry skin
Dubai heat, air conditioning, sandals and chlorine all dry out the skin of the feet. Peeling skin needs to be removed properly and the skin barrier rebuilt, not just covered with a scented cream.
Calluses and cracked heels, from medium to severe
Hard skin is the foot protecting itself, and cracked heels are what happens when that skin gets too thick and too dry. We reduce calluses with precise podology techniques, treat the cracks and restore softness to the skin around them, including in severe cases that have been building for years.
Tired, heavy legs and feet
Long days standing, heels, flights and heat leave legs and feet heavy. Our treatment pedicures include massage and care designed to bring back lightness and comfort, from the toes to the calves.

What pediceutical and podology actually mean
Pediceutical products are formulated for the specific needs of the feet. They are designed to soften thickened skin, repair cracks, calm irritation and protect the nail, rather than simply perfume or moisturise. At March14 we work with professional ranges including Footlogix, Podopharm and Spiraleen actives.
Podology methods are the techniques and instruments used to work on the skin and nails of the foot with precision: reducing calluses, treating cracks, managing thickened or lifting nails. Paired together, they let us work on the problem itself, safely and hygienically.
Every foot gets its own protocol
Some feet respond after one session. Others, like severe calluses or fungal nails, need a series of treatments and the right care at home between visits. We tell you what we see, recommend the products that will support the work, and build the plan with you.
We also tell you when something is beyond a pedicure. If a concern needs a doctor or a podiatrist, we will always say so. If you have diabetes or circulation problems, please let us know before your appointment so we can adapt the treatment.
