Autumn Nail Trends in Dubai 2026: Cosmopolitan Middle East Opens Its Edit With March14

4 min read

Nails Theatre

On 17 September 2026, Cosmopolitan Middle East published its autumn nail edit, "Autumn Nail Designs To Put On Your Moodboard Immediately", by Serene Hassouna, and opened it with a set made at March14 Beauty Residence. Thank you to Cosmopolitan Middle East for the feature. If you are looking for autumn nail trends in Dubai, this is the guide the magazine wants on your moodboard, and the first salon it points to is ours.

The Black and White Edit: the March14 set that opens the story

Cosmopolitan Middle East built its guide as a series of edits, each one a different autumn mood, each one pinned to a salon in Dubai, Riyadh or Kuwait. The magazine describes its selection as its "loved and approved picks" for the season, and the first of them is the March14 Nails Theatre.

The set the editors chose is our Black and White Edit: pierced metal accents, ghost like prints, and texture played against very clean, minimal nails. The magazine's read on it is that autumn is the moment to let a darker, more gothic side out, and that this set does it without losing refinement. It is, in short, the kind of nail art in Dubai that a beauty editor screenshots.

What autumn nail trends 2026 look like, according to Cosmopolitan

The rest of the guide is a useful map of where autumn nails are heading this year, and every one of these can be made at the Nails Theatre:

  • Animal prints in every register: leopard as the returning neutral, streaky tiger over moody orange, soft Bambi spots, a glossy tortoiseshell that went viral this season, and a minimal zebra with pierced tips.
  • Vampy solids: cherry brown, cherry red and burgundy, the muted reds that read as autumn without noise.
  • Chocolate glaze, named by the magazine as the trend of the season, with a trompe l'oeil glitter that moves with the hand.
  • Dark femme details: lace, black and white French tips with a twist, long glossy red and black stilettos, and cyber sigilism, the fine lined, negative space tribal look.
  • Sweet treats for anyone who refuses to give up coquette pink: espresso and mocha tones with milky swirls and polka dots.

Why editors keep sending readers to the March14 Nails Theatre

This is the fourth publication in a month to point readers to March14 for nails, after Vogue Arabia's Japanese manicure feature, WIRED Middle East's report on TPO free gel and Fast Company Middle East's interview with founder Ruby Barreau. The reason is the same each time.

The Nails Theatre was built for exactly this kind of work. Nail artists who have trained across every system, a wall of 1900 polish colours, and the March14 Chart of Excellence behind it: multiple nail systems rather than one, TPO free and HEMA free alternatives, LED only curing, and in house research into how a complex set holds. A Black and White Edit with pierced accents and textured detail is only editorial if it still looks like that weeks later, and that is what our 3D design and nail art culture is built around.

It is also why the same hands do the simple work properly. A gel polish manicure at March14 starts at AED 150, with the same bases, the same preparation and the same care as the sets that end up in Cosmopolitan.

Bring the moodboard in

If one of the Cosmopolitan edits is on your moodboard, bring it to the Residence. Leopard French tips, a tortoiseshell gloss, a chocolate glaze, lace, cyber sigilism, or our own Black and White Edit: the nail artist will look at your nails, your length and your daily life first, then build the set that suits them. That is the difference between copying a trend and wearing it well, and it is why we are considered Dubai's best nail art salon.
